1) Pre-named Playlists in iTunes. In iTunes,  you can create a new- already named- playlist if you select a whole album or artist and press: Shift+Command+N. Depending on what you select will determine what iTunes will name the playlist. Expiriment with it.

2) Loosing track of time? Go into “system preferences” and then to “date and time” from there you can check the box that says “Announce the time…” If you check the box a voice will tell you the time to whatever is specified in the drop down menu.

3) In class & bored? Spotlight: “Terminal” once in terminal, type, “say ” then whatever you want your computer to say including punctuation! It’s fun if you’ve got nothing better to do…

4) To invert the colors on your screen press: Control+Option+Command+8

5) To open a window of all the programs you are running and select between them without changing screens and/or quit out of them press: Command+Tab . To scroll through the programs press Tab repeatedly while holding down Command. To quit a program, make sure teh correct program is selected and while holding down Command, press “Q”

So I’ve been celebrating recently. Kel came down a day early to celebrate my birthday on the 16th. So stoked! We did all sorts of thing from picking up an old beater bike (post coming soon) to trying new Starbucks Pinkberry frosty drinks to cooking the living daylights out of some meaty awesomeness and yeah most of my life revolves around pictures and food. I know. Anywho, Just thought I’d let y’all know what I’ve been up to. I’m not much for celebrating but it seems every year that everyone takes advantage of my birthday as an excuse to have cake, ice cream, and lots of people over. So I’ve had 1 party so far… 2 planned for next week. We’ll see how many it actually becomes! haha!

FYI:

I was so unnerved that I dropped my camera and my filter broke that I tried to get it off as soon as i could. I didn’t think of shooting with it on the camera. However, the next time I break my filter (hopefully never) I’ll make sure to shoot with it on.
